Embarking Design is in the process of developing a new aspect of the site. If you cast your net over to UsefulChange, you will see a very early incarnation of it.
What I hope to do is provide a web presence for some of those good-hearted souls who spend all of their spare time and money trying to make a difference in their community. Many of these enterprises do not have web sites at all and are being cut off from a potential source of fund raising and volunteers to help make their organization more efficient and self-sufficient.
Stay tuned for more information about this. I have two or three specific organizations in mind and will be approaching them in the next few days. If you know of an organization that could benefit from this kind of support and sponsorship--preferably one that does not already have a website--please let me know.
