Hamster Salad

If you're using Internet Explorer...
...first of all, my commiserations, but more importantly, my apologies. I had kind of forgotten that IE even existed, so rapt by the beauty of Firefox and Safari, was I.
I had a quick boo at Hamster Salad as interpreted by IE yesterday and I was ashamed. It is truly ugly. Please, for the sake of hamsters and salads everywhere, hustle your butt to your local Firefox or Safari vendor (FREEFREEFREE). In the meantime, I'll try to work some cosmetic magic on the old girl.

All slammed out
The Slam is over. There's nothing left but the voting, which you'll be able to do starting Tuesday, March 22 at the New Media Slam site. I'll give you an update on the exact link once I hear from the event organizers.
Voting Note: Our team name is BCIT New Media Crew and our project name is "Head 2 Head: Scotty and Dole Escape from the Glue Factory"
Our team had a lot of fun, and I think you'll like the finished product. Have a look at The Standard for a few teasers. I guess it's only to be expected that we didn't get everything into it that we had planned. Despite our thorough advance planning and preparations, the end of the 48 hours was upon us before we knew it.
Thank you to all the people that supported us. We had wonderful sponsors who kept us fed, watered, and online, and devoted fans who posted blog comments and sent emails of support and encouragement during the project.
I slept about 3 hours of the 48 over the weekend. The 12 hours of sleep I secured last night just...haven't...been.....
enough.
